Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Gibs Automates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Gibs Automates provides automation consulting and development services, including but not limited to:
- n8n workflow automation design and implementation
- AI integration services using tools like Gemini
- Notion database design and automation
- Integration of business tools (Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
- Custom automation solutions tailored to your business needs
Project Engagement
Each project engagement will be governed by a separate project proposal or agreement that outlines:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Revision and change request policies
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the custom automation workflows and integrations created specifically for your project. However, any reusable components, templates, or methodologies developed by Gibs Automates remain our intellectual property and may be used in other projects.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts and systems
- Respond to questions and feedback requests promptly
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Test and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, workflows, or proprietary information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Gibs Automates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions, we cannot guarantee that automations will be error-free or uninterrupted. Third-party service changes, API updates, or platform modifications may require adjustments to implemented solutions.
Support and Maintenance
Post-project support is available as specified in your project agreement. Additional maintenance, updates, or modifications beyond the original scope may be arranged under separate terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
